On Sunday, July 30, Paul Ligeti, vice president of the Historical Society of West Windsor will lead two historic walking tours of Dutch Neck (10AM and Noon).They will be about 1.5 miles and 90 minutes and will go all along Village Roads East/West and a bit of South Mill Road, between Reed Drive North/South and the Dutch Neck School. Kay Reed will talk about the old Town Hall and life in Dutch Neck
